It's still in the optimal range of >350, <500 (t+d)/e2(ng/dl) , you'd just train sprints
Not a lot. No point in guessing how many single digit lbs because it depends on so many variables and I don't know all the details.
I'll give you something better.
If your nutrition and sleep are on point like you said, training hypertrophy I assume, and you're increasing lifts by 5 lbs in a week, that is a great sign you're gaining maximum muscle at that time.
