Welcome to the ultimate list of fat burners! If you've ever wondered how different supplements and compounds help in melting away stubborn fats, you're in for a treat.

Today, we're breaking down everything from amino acids to metabolic modulators. Whether you're a gym bro, someone looking to shed a few pounds, or just curious about how these things work, this list is your guide to chemically enhanced fat-burning.

Remember, Diet + Exercise = at least 90% of the results. Fat loss chemistry will only ever be responsible for 5 to 10% of your success. No shot or pill will give you six-pack abs without you working for it. On that note, the following is NOT medical advice. Please consult with a licensed physician before taking anything or making any changes to your diet & lifestyle.

Amino Acids

L- Carnitine: Shuttles fatty acids into mitochondria to be burned for energy. Without sufficient L-carnitine, the amount of fat loss that can occur in a single day is limited. Taken orally or by intramuscular injection. Oral can be obtained over the counter and injectable from a compounding pharmacy or research source.

Appetite Suppressants / GLP-1 Agonists

Semaglutide: GLP-1 Agonist with roughly 7-day half-life. Stimulates insulin secretion, lowers appetite and slows gastric emptying (keeps you full for a long time). Taken via subcutaneous injection once per week. FDA approved. Can be obtained via Rx or research.
