Awhile back you said your DHT level is stuck in the 500s… how are you managing that?

I've read a little of your and Grimhood's X/twitter posts but haven't yet been able to make sense of it - I had a similar experience with your magnesium guide (it clarified everything!), and so am hoping for a similar guide for light
