Idk could be hair products/shampoos, hormonal imbalance, low dietary fats or Micronutrient deficiency, light environment, gut issue. All comes down to building a strong foundational diet, lifestyle, and environment, and the rest of the issues will sort themselves out because everything is connected. How important is trt for longevity?

My father is 56 and pretty much in the middle of the test-reference range for his age group, but has seen some loss in strength and muscle mass over the last 3-5 years (moderate activity, naturally strong guy), loss in strength was about 15-20%.

His long time friend and doctor didnt like the idea of trt that I proposed, since his test levels weren't horrible.

Is there a way to reduce intense lucid dreaming?(weird question) I have a cousin who tends to have lots of lucid dreams to the point of feeling tired even after 8-9 hours of sleep. Is there any nutrition deficiency or excess that triggers this?

Lucid dreaming is when you are aware you are dreaming and can control the dream/l or wake up as you choose. Are you sure that's what is happening or do you mean vivid dreams, night terrors, etc. Could be a bunch of things man. Maybe cholinergic supplements, going through lots of stress, light/cicardian/nnEMF environement xkuld be totally whack. Hard to say without knowing more details.

Easily curable bro. Mostly a dopamine issue. Could also be related to sex hormone imbalance (though that won't be the primary cause)

Don't touch your dick for 3-6 months.

Don't do it. 1 day can set you back weeks lol.

Build up a nice reserve of melanin aka get tan (you can even use melanotan + tanning beds if you're not somewhere you can tan)

Fix dopaminergic dysfunction = no more missing sunrise/sunsets, replace the shitty bulbs in your house, wear blue blocks, use phone filters, stop doomscrolling, stop eating processed dopaminergic foods and eat real food god dammit.

The type of person to get hard flaccid syndrome is the same type of person who is usually not gonna take these simple actions, hence why so many LOSER redditors seem to have it "forever"

It's not really known or treated in modern medicine because bluelight toxicity, not touching grass, being addicted to screens and porn are only a phenomenon of the last 10-15 yrs lol. Not only that, but the solutions to the problem go against what indoctrinated doctors believe to be true.

I really don't see how it'd be that effective for acne other than reducing inflammation. Your diet and lifestyle are not "good" if you have acne. Few things must be off. How's your UV exposure? Tanning and staying should fix it right up. Invest in a Sperti Fiji. Cut out simple carbs, dairy is another low hanging fruit to see if it makes a difference. What are hormones? Could be estrogen. When do we need to be concerned about the storing of our peptides. Specifically, when getting BPC-157, GHK-CU and MK-677 shipped, do they need to be in fridge/freezer immediately (when lyophilised) or only when reconstituted? Long lead times to ship from US to UK (and won’t be cold during transit) so wanting to make sure what I’m getting is effective. Thanks

Nah ,I wouldn't worry about them unless you plan on using in 6+ months, you can refridgerate or freeze. MK-677 isn't a peptide and I wouldn't even worry about it
