I take 100mg modafinil (or 50mg Armodafinil) approximately 1x/week for intense work days when I need to really produce. I take it first thing in the morning around 6am, but still have trouble sleeping at night when I take it. Any tips/trips for sleep after taking it?
1. Any thoughts on Epitalon for sleep/telomere lengthening?
2. For your 🍆 protocol, if you had to hypothesize why growth occurs anatomically, what would the reason(s) be. E.g. extra VEGF and blood flow causes cellular adaptation and collagen production.
3. Anything you would change in terms of your peptide stack for the 🍆 protocol? On Twitter you mentioned GHK-Cu but that didn’t end up in the write-up.
