What I would do is focus hardcore on redox/light nutrition. Need Red/IR/UV to structure water for better energy production and cellular hydration. If you don't have this, your muscle and connective tissue cells will not be hydrated no matter how much water and electrolytes you consume. Then optimize hormones. Androgen/Estrogen ratios matter. You want a 40-50:1 test + dht:e2 ratio, so roughly 1100 test, 200 DHT, and 30-40 pg/ml e2. Igf-1 you'd want in theupper 2 if not 300s. HRT can accomplish these hormone targets if you have trouble acquiring natty. High protein and collagen diet very important as well. I'd get a massage gun and take some BPC at least on recovery days to stimulate bloodflow and angiogenesis to troublesome joints.

I'd go out 2 days a week max. If i could go back I wouldn't even drink as much. Genuinely keep it to like 4 drinks a night

1) nope, don't care that much. Never had an issue. Immune system is working. If i was immuno compromised I wouldn't even get 10mL vials, would get 1
