Weekly Q&A #29 & Updates
Hey guys, it’s good to be back. You may or may not know, but I’ve been dealing with a serious shoulder injury for the last 10 days, but with the power of biohacking, I’m starting to get back on track and functional again. The first week or so I had zero use of my left arm and was often in 10/10 pain. I could not get out of bed, shower, or get dressed without assistance (I also had a broken index finger on the other side, so that did not help).
