Do you have any experience with Low-Dose Naltrexone (LDN)? Found an incredibly based doctor (he’s also a fellow subscriber) and he cannot say enough good things about it. I’ve obsessively done TONS of research and I keep thinking there has to be a catch because it seems to be too good and too effective to be true. Why would everyone not be on this?
The ONLY negative I have found is that studies have found LDN to reduce Pro-Inflammatory Cytokines. Since this kind of inflammation is actually necessary to create muscle fibers and strength adaptations, it would make it very difficult for the body to build appreciable muscle mass from resistance training and exercise. This would be a HUGE negative for me but it’s the only negative I have found.

Hey man,
Do you know of anything that can be applied to heal / minimize scars? The scar is 1 year old. I looked into laser surgery potentially...
Thanks in advance!
