After reading your tweet regarding the fat loss stack you’re planning to run soon, I ordered all the peptides and supplements (minus the 5aq) and am planning to start on Monday. As I was doing some additional research into AOD, I noticed a lot of mixed/negative reviews online, with many claiming it takes 3 months before any real change occurs. Is that accurate? Or are these users failing to implement a sufficient calorie deficit, conduct fasted cardio, not stacking with other supplements, or assuming it acts exactly like ozempic? How soon can I realistically expect results from AOD if I follow your guidelines? I will be tracking macros with your formulas and doing daily fasted cardio. Thanks for your help!
You have to take it daily, get less effective appetite suppression and more side effects. Vs ozempic which offers better appetite suppression, less sides, and one quick and painless shot a week. I wouldn't even consider it personally

That's a valid way to do it. I usually do CKD on a light cut or recomp which for me is low carb 6 days a week & high carb / low fat on the last day of the week

I'm at about 15% body fat right now.
I have a good idea for a game plan but would love some input about workouts that will help me LOOK impressive (don't care about strength as much as size right now.) and any chemistry that may help in my research.
You aren't going to be able to lean out and put on size at the same time so cut first until you are satisfied with your abs. Most important thing you can do that will determine how good your results is getting sufficient protein intake. 1.25g per lb of bodyweight. Nothing you can tske to negate this requirement
If I wanted to lean up for a few weeks to a month with a slight calorie deficit (200-300), would 5-amino-1mq give a nice boost as well? Would it help with strength gains as well?
If only a few weeks you'd want a higher calorie deficit or you won't see as much of a change. 5a1mq should be run for at least a month to notice a difference. Would not help with strength gains one bit, bit will help get more reps out / improve cardio
When I previously used ashwagandha(no ksm66) for 9 days, my alt level up 65. My Free T4 has always been high. my lower levels have been below 20 for the last 8 years. Seeing your last post, I wanted to ask: in my situation, do you think it would be a problem to take ramp B4 at most once a week?
Some people are very sensitive to ashwagandha. KSM-66 should be less hepatotoxic, and once a week isnt a whole lot. You can decide for yourself if it's worth it, and get bloodwork to confirm. Best of luck! btw NAC & TUDCA to protect liver if you go that route

You need to strengthen your pelvic floor. Do kegels. Anything you take is just gonna dull sensation and make sex less enjoyable. Instead, you should acquire more control. Kratom and or phenibut will numb you and make you last longer, but i dont advise taking drugs.
what to do against issues with the knee joint (gonarthrosis) except physical therapy? i look at stem cells and BPC 157, but not sure if either has the potential to help..

Keep it to 3mg and make a tin last at least 2 if not three days. If you're doing your daily cardio and taking your NO support supps it shouldn't make a difference.

That said, black seed oil, magnesium & infinibi are probably 3 supplements everyone should be taking

What is your preferred way to utilize carb cycling? For instance, high carb in training days and low carb on rest days.

Creatine is basically the only non anabolic that makes a notable difference.

I'm not a fan of using enclomiphene longterm. There are more risks than bioidentical replacement therapy (test + hcg) or hcg monotherapy.
