Gm UM, i have been using Coway/Cukcoo to filter the tap water and drink. It’s popular here in Asia. Is the filtration process provided by these brand enough/safe?
If not, is there any water filter approved by UM?

What is the probability of genuine neurological damage (i.e., say lower IQ, etc.) occurring in male individuals engaging in the use of TRT to TRT+ supplementation, assuming said individuals are over the age of 18 but under 25? Could this, in fact, actually enhance neurological development, say in an HRT+ context, namely testosterone, Proviron, and DHT?
Depends on the individual, hormone ratios, was e2 in range or crushed, just a little supraphysiological or a lot, other compounds used (synthetic androgens are generally bad for this)
I do think it could be done right to even enhance brain function, but would seriously need to be monitored by a few doctors/professionals.
And if bodybuilding doses are used then yeah there will be some damage. Probably not the same extent as recreational drugs, but notable.
I’ve been doing my zone 2 fasted and I lift fed. I added in HIIT fasted and I’ve been wondering if it could make sense to drink some essential amino acids before my morning HIIT workouts?
I'm 12% bodyfat (tested), i eat clean as shit (been doing low fat recently, also i get plenty of choline), lift 3x a week, get like 6-8k steps a day, and yet i'm almost prediabetic with an hba1c of 5.4-5.5. I have diabetes genetics unsurprisingly. I also don't tolerate vitamins very well (which i interpret as malabsorption). I am asian btw, and apparently this is common for us. How do I fix this?
I've always had dark circles under my eyes, but I think they've gotten bigger. My average sleep is around 7.5 hours. What do you think can be main culprit to this and approach to reduce them? If its relevant I am mouth breather and spending in front of screens majority of day.
Is grounding with the cable connected to the outlet worthless or does it have some benefit? I know you recommend attaching it to the earth but I live in NYC so that is not possible
I did an elimination diet before your guide came out. It increased my T and FT3 greatly from the baseline before.
Recently, I tried adding back more things but it seems like I struggle with the digestion of certain foods now that weren't a concern previously:
- kefir
- potato
- oatmeal
Oatmeal gave me a small stomach ache ( I might have to soak overnight? only did like 15 minutes).
The other 2 only increased gassing and made me wipe more and didn't improve over time.
Recently I tested again, and my testosterone dropped over 400 down to 331 and FT3 also down to 3.27 pmol/L from 5.5.
I suspect there might be a slight measuring error as it's an insane drop within a month with a very similar diet and increased lifestyle. Or maybe something like a bit of kefir pushed it down so much (I ate it the night before testing but only 2 tbsp, other foods I avoided and stool was pretty good overall leading up to the test).
Regardless, I feel both the tests and my lack of ability to digest these foods as well as before show that something is off.
Is there any impact of BPC-157 with caffeine? I'm researching the YourProtocol brand and they sent an email mentioning not to take it in the morning if you enjoy coffee. Not sure what the rationale was for that.
Does DHT on nipples for gyno affect systemic levels of DHT to the point you have to worry about suppression, or does the localized impact allow you to apply it without having to worry about a test base or side effects after coming off? (Basically, can I I use DHT gel solo topically applied to nipples without having to worry while on or when coming off?)

Let's say actual androgen levels do not reach supraphysiological ranges, perhaps borderline? E2 is kept within range.

I’m thinking a ton of energy and better clarity of thought and just overall improvement in cognitive function.
This is assuming you had a great diet, get sunlight, weight training, no cheap dopamine etc.

Any suggestions on how to grow a fuller beard? The goatee area is ok but the sides aren't coming in great. I'm assuming I should avoid minodidil
