I'm 26, training for 10 years, eating healthy, and at ~15% BF. I want to boost muscle growth, strength, energy, and focus. Recently, increased workload has caused more stress and anxiety.

Blood Test Highlights:

Testosterone: 5.10 ng/mL

FAI: 38.81

SHBG: 45.6 nmol/L

Estradiol: 117 pmol/L

Progesterone: 1.19 nmol/L

Cortisol: 643 nmol/L

DHEA-S: 9.78 μmol/L

Plan: Maximize testosterone/DHT with tongkat ali, fadogia, zinc, magnesium, boron, and shilajit. Considering 2.5–5mg DHEA/day but hesitant due to possible estrogen conversion. Testing other supplements first, then reassessing.

If these were your stats, what would be your key action points (for educational purposes only)?

First action? Lose 5% bodyfat at least, stronglifts program, over 1000lbs cumulative on squat, deadlift, bench. You should reread my guides on hormone optimization
