For my second question please. Curious on your thoughts on Bryan Johnson's diet, specifically his protein intake. He does 95 grams/day protein on a high carb vegan diet at a bodyweight of 163. Dude obviously had a nice looking physique.
Extremely curious on your thoughts because his diet seems to go against everything this side of the internet preaches i.e. high protein, meat heavy diet.

Here are the facts I'm aware of:
1) He didn't build his muscle on that diet.
2) He's been known to take exogenous testosgerone and hgh
3) He's still low muscle mass for being 163 at 5'11
4) He looks his age
