Protein powders digest too quickly, especially whey

When your blood gets saturated with aminos that quickly, you end up converting a good amount to glucose so it doesn't get used for muscle building

The solution I found to this was to consume a quarter to half a scoop per hour instead of slamming a full scoop at once.

Ok Ty. I could just make 1 scoop mix in the morning with my magnesium and creatine together and drink it gradually the whole day.
