Considering playing around with nicotine for cutting and focused work tasks, specifically Nic Nac Naturals mints. Is there any level of frequency you’d recommend for use along with anything I should be supplementing with to offset any potential harm or damage that comes of it? My understanding is regardless i should aim to hit/slightly exceed all micronutrient goals, potentially include B1, make sure I’m getting plenty of choline, was also thinking niacin or Agmatine sulfate for endothelial damage.
Really depends on your risk tolerance & dedication to harm reduction. I have a sense you really want to play it safe. In that case, here's what I'd do:
- Probably set a cap at around 10mg per day
- Thiamine supplementation daily
- Choline and niacin are good calls, agmatine you could take or leave
- Monitor BP daily
- Explore microdosed tadalafil with a doctor
- Look into ubiquinol
- Make sure you're doing the bare minimum 30 mins of cardio 5x per week (most important)
