Considering playing around with nicotine for cutting and focused work tasks, specifically Nic Nac Naturals mints. Is there any level of frequency you’d recommend for use along with anything I should be supplementing with to offset any potential harm or damage that comes of it? My understanding is regardless i should aim to hit/slightly exceed all micronutrient goals, potentially include B1, make sure I’m getting plenty of choline, was also thinking niacin or Agmatine sulfate for endothelial damage.
Is it important to eat organic fruits and veggies and grass fed beef/steak over non-organic and non-grassfed or is the difference de minimis?
