33M on TRT (120mg/weeks) My FSH and LH both came super Low on a recent blood test to the point it didn't even give a value. My last HCG pin 5000IU was 4 days prior. Because of the low levels, I'm concerned about the long term implications of this fertility wise.
Should I get bloods done closer to the HCG pin, come off completely for a while or try something else? Thank you!

Why are you on TRT in the first place? Did you genuinely need it? If so, you may have had fertility issues to begin with.
HOWEVER, hCG is pro-fertility. It is not going to *increase* LH on a blood test, it simply acts like LH at the LH receptors. So there's a very good chance you have a bunch of sperm. Want to actually know? Get a semen analysis.
As far as FSH goes, it's a driver of spermatogenesis. hCG does not act like FSH. If hCG alone isn't sufficient enough for fertility puproses there is HMG (a combo of LH & FSH) or rFSH. There is also the option of getting off TRT and running hCG+ HMG/rFSH monotherapy or enclomiphene monotherapy under doctor supervision when it's time to have kids. It's not a big deal brother

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Even just a 1% improvement in energy, focus, or spacial awareness/depth perception w/o compromising health would be great. New subscriber so if this is too detailed of a question I apologize. Thanks!
You're doing a half ounce of beef liver daily? That's a lot bro, maybe every 2-3 days lol.
I'd make sure to egg max or supplement with CDP Choline and only take a noopept, agcp or racetam 2-3x per week max to avoid acetylcholine depletion and receptor downregulation.
I'd swap Vignatex for Tribuben, you'll like it. Maybe add some canna to the dopaminergic stack as well. Catuaba and Fo Ti are also incredibly underrated.

Heard also for b12+taurine occasionally. I am 31y old, doing a lot of sun exposure and eating healthy. Still my dopamine baseline levels are quite low. I work full time poker and crypto so this is contributing for my low dopamine baseline too I guess.

I'd give them psyllium (prebiotic), probiotic foods like kefir, sour kraut, greek yogurt, kimchi, etc, and a post biotic like sodium butyrate. Perhaps a little glutamine thrown in the kefir shake with some blended fruit.
Best way to go from 13-9%, (how often to fast and ho much muscle loss should I expect maybe how to minimize it) when free T is already 1,6% of Total only.

Propiionate ester daily seems to maxx dht and minimize aromatization to e2
