33M on TRT (120mg/weeks) My FSH and LH both came super Low on a recent blood test to the point it didn't even give a value. My last HCG pin 5000IU was 4 days prior. Because of the low levels, I'm concerned about the long term implications of this fertility wise.
Should I get bloods done closer to the HCG pin, come off completely for a while or try something else? Thank you!
Hello, I’m a college baseball player having taken a variety of supplements. Currently reassessing my regimen and would like to get your take on things I should add/subtract.
I’m currently taking-
Morning:
.5 oz beef liver, 4 oz heart, 5-MTHF 400mg (E.O.D.), Lutein/zeaxanthin, 6mg boron citrate, Biogaia l reuteri, 10g Creatine monohydrate w peak atp
Bed:
400 mag Bisglycinate, 3g glycine, Vignatex (for mung bean extract), 2g ascorbic acid, 15-30mg CBD isolate (sometimes)
Pregame:
Rotation between-
1. Nicotine lozenge 2mg/ Alpha gpc 300mg*
2. Phenylpiracetam 150mg/agpc 300mg*
*sometimes also caffeine and/or teacrine
3. Adderall 5-10mg
Practice (not all together):
Noopept 10mg, agpc 300mg, sabroxy, caffeine, bromantane, nicotine
On the radar but not currently taking:
Cistamax/cistanche, tributen/tribulus, tongkat, mag acetyl taurate
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Even just a 1% improvement in energy, focus, or spacial awareness/depth perception w/o compromising health would be great. New subscriber so if this is too detailed of a question I apologize. Thanks!
