What nutritional cofactors are you consuming to promote collagen synthesis and how much?

And you don't trust yourself with peptides at all? Not even the BPC capsules? Not even the ones your body makes (BPC, TB, GHK) that help with healing, chronic inflammation, etc and you can't overdose on?
