I have been trying to implement a 24-36hr fast once a month or so. I don’t mind suffering through the hunger and weakness during the day but I simply CANNOT sleep at night. Like at all.

Is there anything I can take that can help me sleep but not break the fast and still allow me to get all the benefits of an extended fast?

Thank you.

Grims easy journey, magnolia bark, gotu Kola, and mulungu bark tea with a hefty dose of melatonin, l theanine and magnesium should get the job done if you've been good about no artificial lights or screens a few hours before bed and use blackout curtains to have full darkness + keep the room temp cool

Awesome, thank you! And when I implement this, I will still get the same exact benefits from fasting as eating nothing? So essentially it changes nothing besides actually letting me fall asleep?
