Everyone's different but for me I'd choose Magnesium Acetyl Taurate, L-Theanine at 600mg+ twice per day, Bromantane dissolved in black seed oil twice per day, and Grim's easy journey tea
Taking the full DHT stack and it's quite pricey per month. If you had to eliminate a few of the items, which would they be? Will continue to take all of them if essential. Thanks!
Hey BTB, could you please check my question, I posted it like 30min after your post, just 1Q, but it was probably looked over as last week with other question.
How do you process the in-vitro downsides of Tribulis (cytotoxic, genotoxic, and endocrine-disrupting effects). Do you just not give much credence to this because it's in vitro or?
Bow! After a night of drinking I feel focused and calm the next day. Almost like a productivity boost. I’ve seen theories that its correcting some kind of biochemical balance. From leaky gut or ADD (which I believe I have ADD genetically)…
Just feel like I’m operating more in tune with how I should the next day…
Question: how do I optimize my chemistry for potential imbalance.
I've been on TRT for about 4 weeks, just test prop 20mg ED. I've noticed my heart beat becoming pretty intense, especially when sitting or lying down. Sometimes I also feel like there's a small resistance when breathing in, like there's weight on my lungs. In the morning I've never had these symptoms so I assume it correlates with T levels. Hematocrit, hemoglobin and magnesium intake are all fine. Tested total T 12h after injection and it said >1600 (ELCIA, lab test could not go any higher). A week ago I lowered the dose to 15mg ED but symptoms are still there. Taking Propranolol or Nebivolol completely fixes everything. Is this just my body not being used to the increased norepinephrine?
My sodium came back lower (138mmol/l) than I'd like. I also noticed, I'm more likely to wake up a bit earlier than normally lately.
Last time I had this issue, my sodium was at 139, and it went away by the next measurement (142). It took quite a bit, was drinking lot of electrolyte drinks to accomplish this.
Seems like it's not enough what I get from food and putting a bit of salt into my magnesium drink mix on a daily. I see there are salt tablets out there, do you think that could be a faster way to improve this? I was thinking just capsuling sea salt and take it 1-2x a day like half a gram extra.
What up Bio - Currently dealing w/ low IGF-1 levels, doc suggesting Sermorelin as a cheaper alternative to Somatropin, any experience with this compound?
Any good brands or literature on lithium supplementation? 1-3 mg a day. Read through grimhood Twitter and understood what I could. Mainly to help balance glutamine signaling and recycling cobalamin and filter in the brain from what I could tell.
Interested on your overall take on Chaga mushroom. Supposed to be holy grail of Chinese medicine and amazing at cancer prevention. From what I’ve read.
Do you have a preference on how it should be consumed I.e. tea or capsules

if i dont want to run things like anavar etc, is HGH my best bet pairing with test for a bulking phase?
Why not? Hard to say. Depends on igf-1 levels, hgh source, test levels, etc if it will move the needle or not
Is TMAO buildup not a concern with taking oral l-carnitine?
Haven't seen any evidence of it on bloodwork. Seems to be something that's mindlessly parrotted in the fitness/health community
