I work outside so the sunlight is good, I have to admit I don't know what sperti is( I will look into it) I wear blue light blockers, I will look into a micronutrients diet.
Of course there are health risks to consuming a CNS stimulant haha. I still do it, but I'm not gonna pretend like it's good for my cardiovascular health
Yeah that's not ideal bro. Too much iron and saturated fat at the very least. Would work well for building muscle and being budget friendly, but not a great idea if you have health in mind, which you should!
Per night for sleep, are there any negatives I need to be worried about from doing this on a daily basis? This stack has increased my deep sleep, lessened my awake time in the middle of the night and I no longer have bouts of insomnia.
hCG is known for being prone to degradation and some UGLs sell hCG with 15k iu per vial. Is there any point in getting hCG vials like this and how do you deal with hCG degradation? I imagine even with 5k iu vials it can be a problem.
At around 30 days it should be around 85-90% in tact, although there isn't a lot of data to confirm.
Its best practice to toss after 30 days, but I have continued to use and just upped by 10% and didn't notice any issues. Not medical advice obviously. 2k to 5k iu vials are best unless blasting hcg for fertility purposes and using the higher doses like 1000+ iu eod
If you listen to the Vigorous Steve deep dive on hCG (posted on his yt channel on 7/8/24) towards the end he discusses preloading insulin syringes with the hCG dose and freezing. There are also some differences between recombinant hCG and urine-extracted hCG. If I remember right he said the recombinant does not degrade as quick or the purity is higher so any slight degradation in quality at 30 days is comparable or better than fresher urine-extracted hCG.
BTBH, thanks for answering my question on prolactin last week. As a follow-up, I looked at your causes of high prolactin and the only ones that really seem like a contributor are: chronic stress - will look into CRH levels and potential low thyroid function (most recent blood test, TSH: 2.54 mlU/l and free T4 was 13 pmol/l). In the meantime, would you say focusing on increasing dopamine via the phenylalenine/L-tyrosine pathway and inhibiting prolactin via vitamin e and P5P (the latter especially before workout) worthwhile?
Yeah that would be a good idea. Would also look into light environment as low sun exposure in the AM = low dopamine + artificial blue light = even lower dopamine
Yeah topical DHT in a LOW DOSE cream like 2.5% andractim can enhance eggplant size. The 20% DMSO "gels"? Absolutely not, will burn the shit out of your skin and is toxic. Wouldn't put that anywhere let alone on my eggplant
I have thyroid hormone at the lower end of the reference range and marek health wants me to take a combination of T3/T4. The price of this is $570 for a 3 month supply. Could I just take t4 Synthroid? This would be way cheaper. Maybe test my levels after a month of Synthroid?
I have a fully equipped home gym, power rack bench all the necessities. I'm looking to add 1 specialty piece for back and 1 for legs. In your opinion what would be the best piece of equipment for each muscle group?
My mom suffers from fibromyalgia. She's 50, been working a stay at home job the past few years that's help her manage. She was let go a few months back and now has a job that'll require her to go back into an office. Any recommendations on supplements she can use to help her out?
Would l-carnitine + the uncoupling from BSO or aspirin work together to burn more fat? Carnitine brings fatty acids into the mitochondria and the uncoupling makes the mitochondria burn more energy
Bro i'm really curious about your thoughts on this. There's no proof, but do you think RU58841 could cause symptoms like PFS? I used it about 6-7 years ago during university when my hair loss was really bad. I just learned that it works by binding to DHT receptors. I know two people who had arrhythmia symptoms similar to mine, and their heart scans were normal. Both of them had very low androgen levels at some point. I never checked my levels when my symptoms were at their worst, but I wonder if this could have caused my issues too.
When searching for RU side effects, heart issues (chest pain, palpitations, and, much less commonly, heart failure) stand out a lot. I forgot to mention this
Before blood test is there anything special that you suggest doing/not doing for more accurate results? For example, I heard someone say it's better to have no supplements and weight training 2-3 days before.
Depends on the blood test. Stop biotin supplementation before any hormonal immunoassay, don't eat for 8 hours before fasted tests, don't have stimulants before cortisol test.

Jamie, download the Cronometer app and enter your foods, one of the tabs will show you how you’re doing regarding micronutrients
Confirm you are getting adequate selenium & iodine as these support thyroid which tends to down regulate when you diet for long periods
I will look into the app and the selenium and iodine. Thank you
Are there legitimate “Health risk” to nicotine consumption or is that a meme?
Of course there are health risks to consuming a CNS stimulant haha. I still do it, but I'm not gonna pretend like it's good for my cardiovascular health
All CNS stimulates are bad for the health? Damn
2 pounds of ground beef daily for my bulk (grass Fed) is this alright or bad idea (iron overload)?
Yeah that's not ideal bro. Too much iron and saturated fat at the very least. Would work well for building muscle and being budget friendly, but not a great idea if you have health in mind, which you should!
Hey man, are there any downsides to not eating 1 day per week on a bulk? Even if my total weekly calories are about 10% above maintenance?
Thanks!
Yeah, it's not ideal for muscle gain! If that's the only thing that works for you and you can stick to it, should be fine though.
Thanks mate
I take 400mg of l-theanine
1.6g of glycinate
800mg of mag taurate
Magnolia bark
Tryptophan 1000mg
6mg of melatonin

Looks like a good daily stack to me

Hey my man,
Was wondering if DHT gel can be used as an add on to your cock growth protocol.
If so, at what dose and what frequency?
Cheers
Yeah topical DHT in a LOW DOSE cream like 2.5% andractim can enhance eggplant size. The 20% DMSO "gels"? Absolutely not, will burn the shit out of your skin and is toxic. Wouldn't put that anywhere let alone on my eggplant
Awesome, TY

back would be t bar rows and legs would probably be hack squat machine

If you could only pick one machine to add to your home gym for back and legs wat would they be?
Power Rack :)

How long would Cardarine show up on a drug test for?
WADA? bout 4-6 weeks

It could downregulate androgen receptors in the short term, but what does that have to do with arrhythmias? Not sure what the question is.
When searching for RU side effects, heart issues (chest pain, palpitations, and, much less commonly, heart failure) stand out a lot. I forgot to mention this

Depends on the blood test. Stop biotin supplementation before any hormonal immunoassay, don't eat for 8 hours before fasted tests, don't have stimulants before cortisol test.
This is mainly for hormones and basic markers that you suggested
