Currently working a job wear I am surrounded by fresh paint and other related products, what steps would you take to promote detox pathways and mitigate side effects?

Here's my logic. You're going to have excess free radicals as a result of these toxins so NAC, r-ALA & extra Vit C as antioxidants can support this.

Extra stress on the liver = TUDCA supplementation

Inflammation in kidneys = Astragalus supplementation

Mask that can filter these things out would be a +

And of course extra fluid consumption to keep things moving thru the system

But that's just a guess

Thank you very much as always. What are your top recommended brands for TUDCA and Astragalus?

Somatic tinnitus? I would assume you need psychological assistance for that. But if you follow what I preach about health: sunlight exposure, getting all nutrients from diet, lifting, cardio 5x a week, sleeping b4 midnight, supplementing magnesium etc your mental health will be in a lot better of a place

Congestion? I guess it depends why you have it? Deviated septum? Neti pot, humidifier, nasal straps. Maybe surgery?

What’s up BTB? From your comments in the past I gather you aren’t a huge fan of MK-677. How do you feel about Sermorelin? Does it cause hunger issues? Would injectable or pill be more effective. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING?

JUST POSTED ABOUT THIS BECAUSE OF YOU

So I actually am ok with this in the context of running it for 1-3 months on a bulk and at a low dose with proper side effect prevention and health monitoring

For HGH boosting peptides though? Tesamorelin is king, but more expensive than HGH. 2nd place I'd say goes to CJC + Ipamorelin

how to maintain correct testosterone and sensitivity with 10 mg lexapro ?

testosterone should be unaffected but one of the things you have to accept with SSRIs is reduced sensitivity

Seen you write before that if Tribugen doesn’t have much effect it’s likely due to a broken dopaminergic system.

I find when I take it that I’m slightly calmer than usual (probably GABA effect of 3a-andro) but don’t notice increased drive, motivation, aggression/confidence etc which was what I was looking for.

What would you suggest to pinpoint the reason for this and how to “fix”? Not sure if it needs to be taken over longer time to feel effects (been using about 2 weeks)

Recently been hooking up with a girl. Been able to get it up, but haven’t been able to orgasm. Haven’t watched porn in over a month either. Could be because I had a lot of drinks on those nights. But do you have any recommendations on how to combat this?

I have injectable pt-141 could this potentially help?

Over a month? Give it 3-6 months. Consider it no longer part of your life if you wish to have a good sex life.

Lack of sensitivity for orgasm can also point to low estradiol, dhea or pregnenolone so maybe get bloods.

I don't think PT141 will help, just give you boners, but it might.

Hi BTB Thank you for all the help. I had a question on some of my testosterone levels. I just had them checked and every person I seem to go to thinks I am fine. However, I have low energy, libido, lack of drive, hands and feet are always freezing and I live in a very warm climate. My Testosterone is 626 ng/dL, Free test is 79.7 pg/ mL, Bioavailable Testosterone 163.9 ng/dL, Sex Hormone Binding Globulin is 37 nmol/L, and Dihydrotestosterone is 55 ng/ dL. Does this look good? Any suggestions on how to improve it if necessary?

That is pretty good, but androgens are actually some of the least important hormones for sex drive.

What's estradiol at? Much more important.

A-MSH is arguably even more important and you can only get it from sunlight exposure or tanning lights.

Dopamine is also equally as important. If you have a lot of bad dopaminergic habits your libido will suffer. Anyone who's watched corn/ masturbated in the last 3 months needs to give it up for 3-4 months first.

Low DHEA & pregnenolone can also cause low libido.

Caloric deficit or just about any nutrient deficiency can as well. Tracking food on Cronometer? Most of us are deficient in something important.

Thinking about your low libido can put you in a never ending cycle of low libido. Stress / depression can as well.

So many other things too, but start there

A question about managing deep work across multiple subjects. Apologies if this isn't a biohacking Q

It's extremely fun to get fully consumed by a topic and breathe it for months at a time. For me, one time it was health and I got absolutely shredded. Another time, it was side biz where I stood up (failed, but learned) a few online businesses. Another time it was coding, etc.

The problem is, during these periods of focus/attention, everything else falls out of favor. Relationships, health, business - whatever I'm not completely focused on, I seem to forget the lessons learned in prior deep focus bouts despite taking copious notes throughout the process.

How can someone terrible at attention-shifting manage this issue so that one can work on a biz, manage crypto and relationships while also staying healthy?

Living by a schedule and upping organization skills. Dropping perfectionism. Being ok stopping without being finished to work on something else. You need to stop getting focused on minor details so u can get thinks done faster and move on. Can't necessarily biohack this change although doing a dopamine fast & optimizing your lifestyle so your body and brain are healthy enough to focus & learn new habits will make it all possible
