Yes - download Cronometer app and start religiously logging your food so you can see where your deficiencies are

If you're eating a whole foods diet with at least 1g protein per lb of bw, you're probably going to be mostly covered

MIGHT have some Vitamin E or B vitamin deficiencies but that can be solved with a vitamin E mixed tocopherol supplement and a methylated b complex like Infini B

Cod liver oil is another one to throw in if you need vitamin A and want to increase omega 3 to omega 6 ratio
