- touch grass daily
- get lean enough to have a nice 6 pack to bring down aromatase expression, which will lower estradiol and increase total/free T and DHT
- Tribugen from ND to increase DHT & Dopamine/NE
- Compete in a contact sport (boxing/BJJ,etc) to stimulate GNRH->LH->Test->DHT
The last part is the most important
Your test is low but you already know that. Can you get more sleep, get more healthy fats so your body has cholesterol to produce test, and quit drinking? You may want to increase your DHEA intake unless your blood work says it's within range.
