My question pertains to how to do a cut with neurological issues.

Context: I had a debilitating black mold exposure close to ten years ago, and still suffer from high reactivity and neurological symptoms. I am looking to lose 20 pounds to get to low teens body fat percentage, but lifting and hiit are currently too demanding.

Without these two tools, are there any work arounds to ensure I dont lose too much lean mass during the cut?

Alternatively, how can I work towards overcoming these issues?

Thanks!
