Was up BTB?
Gots a PED question for yeah. I’ll start by saying I know Test and bio identical hormones are best. I’ve been told a few times that you can get pretty big with just Test, some HGH and a Costco membership haha. But just humour me with a hypothetical scenario here if you would.
So let’s say all health factors are already in place: Sleep, sun/circadian, diet, supps, training etc. Plus bloodwork is on point and you’re at 8-9% BF.
You want to put on some size on a long slow lean bulk. You’ve already got Test E and a generic HGH that’s high purity/no dimer/lab tested in place. You want to add another AAS to this stack, mainly as a side kick to the Test, maybe it will allow you to run the Test at a higher mg and complement it well. Gun to your head, which 1 AAS do you choose and why?
Could be a DHT derivative or 19-nor. Oral or injectable, but injectable probably makes more sense considering it’s a long bulk. DHT esters are not an option here also haha.
I understand that your answer is not advice and purely for educational purposes. Thanks for reading brother.
P.S. love the new Mucho Man avatar for the Q&A!
Anyone can feel free to answer this question.
I understand circadian rhythm/redox/blocking blue light is almost everything for health, and I buy into it. However I just can't see how I can have a normal life being in public with yellow/red blue light blockers on constantly whenever inside. What girl in their 20s would accept their boyfriend doing that? My family and friends would think I've completely lost it. I see myself basically getting ostracized or treated like "that weird dude" If I go all in on it. I can't see someone going to university and having a normal social life doing that. What's been people's experience in regards to this?
You mentioned a coming pheromone guide in a q&a a while back in an answer, is that coming or the one that exists on Twitter is the definitive one?
