I like b -12 drops under the tongue. I take hydration drinks. I take a ton of magnesium. I’m going to take a magnesium bath. If you drink definitely take breaks. My dad went through alcohol detox and it was not pretty. If you drink daily make sure to tell any doctors as it is life threatening. Alcohol is the most toxic compound consumed.
