100% on increased focus and motivation. Reta is crazy. I am on week 6 right now and just started to see weight loss. But the secondary benefits make this a must take for me. Increased energy, focus, motivation, mood, decreased appetite, cravings, compulsive behaviors. It’s much easier to make good food choices, and almost impossible to over eat. I’m glad you mentioned the mental effects of Reta as I feel those are under appreciated. Good stuff.

with these benefits, would it make sense to take it also when one doesn't want to lose weight? Maybe bc one is able to eat enough or could add some MK677 to balance out hunger.

I was thinking the same

Interested in the energy, focus, and addiction aspects (nicotine, scrolling) of this, but not fat loss (if anything I’m trying to eat more and gain weight)…is this worth trying for someone not interested fat loss or appetite suppression?

How do you reconstitute it? 1mg/ml? How long is it good for after you reconstitute it? Can I keep it at room temperature? Thanks

The link to retratrutide doesn’t show anything. Has limitless stopped providing it for research purposes?

You probably saw Jay’s interview with Jason Theobald, I buy the theory this could improve muscle gain and minimize fat coming out of contest prep rebound - perhaps even slight muscle gain in a deficit

Even while cutting Ive noticed much more fullness compared to sema or tirz

Jay still talks about peptides? Thought he's all about aliens and interdimensional shit these days haha. Yeah, reverse diet (maybe even w/ MK677) is another cool use case
