Hey BTB, I remember you posting about how herbal supplements were far superior and tagging grim on twitter, then I saw your post of top 5 supps for cognition/memory and saw you included Bacopa and Gingko.
I was wondering what herbal supplements were you referring to in that post when you tagged grim? Anything specific you had recently tried?
Do you think combining a red light panel with a Sperti lamp is worth it during summer? Is the red light still needed?
