What would pregnancy protocol look like for you wife/girl if you had to create one - suplements (icnluding “don’ts”) ,lifestyle etc.

Like almost everything else, it's the exact same "boring" stuff that we've been spamming: circadian and light, nnEMF mitigation, proper nutrition. Living as natty as possible. Boring? Yes. The best possible fucking advice? Also yet. Will highlight a few things so you feel like you got value

-Complete darkness 10PM-Wake

- Your life should basically revolve around hitting every micro nutrient in a seafood heavy paleo diet

- Eggs, cod liver, DHA 2g daily from seafood - choline proven to make babies more intelligent, vitamin A sufficient

- this is why light environment/exposure is so important so the nutrients actually work anddon't harm you lol

- which means you're going to need sufficient vitamin d levels that you will get from the sun and your seafood and if that's not enough, use a UVB device

- Grass-fed butter, ghee for MK7

- B complex with methylcobalamin and methylfolate

- Bone broth for glycine/collagen/minerals

- topical magnesium chloride to maintain saturation and because pregnancy uses so much of it

Is there anything I can do to get close to the same effects as martial arts on my dht levels? I can't do any sparring due to a neck injury.

For DHT levels in your brain? idk, probably not? maybe, but it'd have to be more dangerous ahahaha. Remember serum levels are important but don't tell the full story

yeah I figured. I'm doing everything else on the 10 commandments of natural high dht. Just wanted to maximize it if I can in anyway. I do play sports and complete but don't want to leave anything on the table.

I know you’ve been very adamant about reaching 12-13% BF before running exogenous hormones. Hypothetically, however, if my orc has been androgen deficient since childhood and is running DHT E during a current period of fat loss (he was not fat during childhood) - what advice would you for him provided circadian, light, nutrition, and exercise routines are being followed?

How would you optimize cognitive performance on a daily basis? Particularly for demanding careers.

For a lab rat would 5mg (been running 2mg) daily ghk cu be a bad idea lol?

Expand full comment
BowTied Biohacker's avatar

more isn't always better, but have run 5mg out of convenience many times with no issues.

remember, you gotta have enough nutrients, light, and collagen/aminos for benefits

Picking up a Bio Tuner by SOTA to help with physical trauma stored in the body. I have done with psychedelics and they have helped but want to try using sound to help. Any experience with this? I will report back if it is a gamechanger.

Don't know much about resonance healing, but I know it's helpful. Go to wouldn't have have been an nnEMF device, because that seems like it defeats the purpose but idk. Report back, but check out some traditional sound healing as well to compare.

red light mask suggestions? and do they work?

Red light panels are better so no need to buy another mask.

What do you have to be careful of when using reptile lights for uv in the winter?

Expand full comment
BowTied Biohacker's avatar

getting burned or damaging your eyes from too much photon exposure, which is a function of distance & time (also requires simultaneous red/ir exposure)

How to apply the formula T + DHT/E > 350?

In my case

T = 579 ng/dl

DHT = 464 pg/ml

E = 14 pg/ml

Expand full comment
BowTied Biohacker's avatar

T plus DHT divided by E2 should be over 350

The have to all be coverted to the same units before you can do the math so

579 + 46.5 = 625.5 DIVIDED BY 1.4 = 446.78

>350 ✅

After I place an order with Your Protocol BPC they usually send a 'how to use' email, and I noticed it said to avoid taking a dose during breakfast if you consume caffeine. Can you think of any reason why?

Dunno

Don't worry about it

Loving the recent content! When you talk about getting outside sunlight to get UV/IR ect and set circadian clock is it more about getting sun on skin or in eyes or both? Trying to dial in my winter protocol and wondering if it’s worth shedding layers when outside

Expand full comment
BowTied Biohacker's avatar

Both, but in the winter you at least need to get eyes. now if you shed layers, you're really smart because you're now getting sun on skin AND cold exposure

Any major downsides if using 50mg-100mg TNE on top of a TRT dose twice a week on leg days only you’d watch out for?

Expand full comment
BowTied Biohacker's avatar

100mg that's seems unnecessary.

You're shocking your system with rapid hormonal fluctuations twice a week, there's nothing healthy about it at all

Not saying it's wrong - there's nothing healthy about physical performance enhancement, and if this is just a hobby, then it's probably dumb haha

But not telling anyone what to do!

Yeah, you'll age yourself faster, your immune system will take a hit, shed more hair, acne maybe?

if there's a good reason and a time period that TNE use takes place under, then maybe??

Im currently running tesamoreline with my TRT and GLP. I’ve hit fat loss plateau and I’m considering switching to 2 IUs of GH. Which one do you think could give me the best fat loss results of Tesa v GH. Any thoughts on rotating them or stacking them? IGF1 is around 250.

Expand full comment
BowTied Biohacker's avatar

Switching to 1iu am fasted cardio 1iu bed is probably the best move, but if hitting a fat loss plateu you're most likely gonna need to decide if you're going to up the calories burned per day or drop the calories consumes (always best to burn more)
