Welcome Superhumans!

After a short hiatus to focus on health, we are so fucking back! A lot has been learned over the past 4 weeks of adhering to a near-perfect circadian lifestyle, coupled with an optimal food, light, and electricity diet. Recent discoveries and experiments have changed the way we look at everything and every protocol will be going through a 2.0 revamp. Today we will discuss a method that seemingly makes dopamine reboots work 30 times faster. The best part? It doesn’t require any expensive supplements, peptides, foods, or devices.

A cozy rustic cabin nestled in the Smoky Mountains during autumn. The cabin has a log structure, stone chimney, and warm, glowing windows suggesting a fire inside. Surrounded by a dense forest of colorful fall foliage in shades of red, orange, and yellow. The mountains in the background are slightly misty, with rolling hills and a peaceful, remote atmosphere. There is a small wooden porch with rocking chairs, and a stone pathway leading to the cabin. Soft, natural lighting creates a tranquil, welcoming scene.

The Reboot

  1. Pick a state/national park or otherwise secluded area with low light pollution in a cold climate. Check for grey zones on lightpollutionmap.info

  2. Plan to rent a cabin or set up a campsite.

  3. Bring an axe, a few oil lanterns, candles, a machete, matches, a thermos, a compass, cookware, warm clothes, blankets, books, notebooks, pens, a cooler, and some food.

  4. Zero substances or alcohol, other than some coffee/tea

  5. Ideal grocery list: organic meat and in-season vegetables for making stew + canned cod liver or oysters for vitamin D

  6. Spend 3 days and 3 nights with zero tech or electricity.

  7. Get up and out before sunrise each day, spending the majority of the day outside.

  8. Ground in your bare feet for as long as you can tolerate. Utilize the fire to warm up as needed. Bonus if you bring a grounding mat/blanket with a copper rod extension, grounding boots, and 100% cotton and wool socks, so you can continue improving your redox status.

  9. When the sun is down, catch up on all the books you’ve wanted to read but could never find the time because your attention span was decimated by tech.

How it Works

All Day Sun Exposure:

  • Morning sun synchronizes master clock and provides regenerative red/infrared light

  • Mid-day sun provides maximum UV

  • Evening sun provides regenerative red/infrared light

  • UVA/UVB/infrared work together synergistically

  • Creates proper redox status in brain

  • Supports proper circadian rhythm

  • Helps structure water in brain cells

  • Provides electrons needed for brain function

  • Stimulates POMC Pathyway

POMC PATHWAY BENEFITS:

Sunlight (particularly UVB) triggers POMC production which creates alpha, beta, and gamma endorphins:

  • Nature designed us to be "addicted to sunlight" (healthy addiction)

  • Endorphins are natural opioids that regulate dopamine

  • Essentially your body’s own vicodin/percs with zero side effects

  • Allow you to "feel satisfied" dopamine-wise so you aren’t craving any other dopamine hits

  • Improve mood cognition

  • Improve learning and memory

  • Reduce anxiety and depression
