Since starting on Twitter, one of the most common requests I’ve had is to show you guys what a day in the life looks like for me. I’ve held back up until now because I’m always going after different goals, changing up protocols, and experimenting.
Since I’m one week deep into my accelerated fat loss protocol so I’m looking nice and aesthetic before summer even starts, I figured now is a good time to give you a look into my personal life. There will be more of these so you’ll eventually get a full scope of my protocols, habits, and philosophies.
FYI - Do not do what I do. None of this is advice or an endorsement of any drug, supplement, nootropic, or compound. I’m simply giving you insight into what I’m personally doing under the supervision of my team of based doctors. Always check with your doctor before trying new supplements, diets, and protocols, and don’t take medications you are not prescribed/illegal drugs.
By the way, I’m usually not THIS extreme. I go many months out of the year with no peptides and very few supplements. Since I know that is boring for most of you, I’m going to show you what it looks like when I’m actively biohacking at 100% capacity.

I go into my laboratory and take the following:
